HARTINGTON – David Phillips Jr. routinely wore a semi-automatic handgun in his waistband or kept it in a backpack at worksites, according to witness testimony at his seconddegree murder trial in Cedar County District Court Wednesday afternoon.

O’NEILL - Mav Heine found himself in the top 10 individually at the O’Neill Invitational after firing a team-best 87 over 18 holes to place ninth.

O’NEILL – Hartington-Newcastle headed west for a golf invitational April 18, when it traveled to O’Neill for the Eagles’ invitational.
