Forsberg to graduate from UNK with degree in education

KEARNEY — Laurel native Megan Forsberg is one of 394 University of Nebraska Kearney graduates who will receive her degree this week.

Graduate and undergraduate degrees will be conferred for 394 winter graduates at University of Nebraska at Kearney commencement exercises 10 a.m. Friday (Dec. 20) at UNK’s Health and Sports Center.

Forsberg has completed the course work for her Bachelors of Science in Education degree. Her degree had an emphasis on communication disorders. She will graduate with a cum laude honorable mention notation. Students with this designation completed their coursework with a grade point average between 3.50 and 3.69.
