HARTINGTON – The city of Hartington received some good news Monday from city auditors.
HARTINGTON – David Phillips Jr. routinely wore a semi-automatic handgun in his waistband or kept it in a backpack at worksites, according to witness testimony at his seconddegree murder trial in Cedar County District Court Wednesday afternoon.
In 2021, the last special session of the Nebraska Legislature lasted 13 days and cost the state $105,436.
On April 18, 2024, the Legisla - ture completed its work for this 60day session.

O’NEILL - Mav Heine found himself in the top 10 individually at the O’Neill Invitational after firing a team-best 87 over 18 holes to place ninth.
