Still time to order conservation tree seedlings

HARTINGTON – There is still time to order seedling trees for the spring 2024 conservation tree planting season. The Lewis and Clark Natural Resources District (LCNRD) will continue taking orders for tree seedlings through March 31st. The trees come in bundles of twenty- five seedlings. The price per bundle of tree or shrub seedlings is $32.50 plus sales tax.

Kella Koch, Nora Pinkleman, Emily Erwin and Ryklyn Wiebelhaus recently took part in the Father-Daughter Dance at the Laurel VFW Hall. The sound of giggles, laughter and popping of balloons could be heard in the Hall as the third annual event was held. Little girls were all dressed up in their finest topped off with cowboy boots and hats. The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Parent-Teacher Organization hosted the event with several activities planned for the evening.
