Expos win fourth game of the season

WYNOT - The Wynot Expos snapped a 3-game losing steak with a 6-5 win over the Freeman Black Sox here July 7 to improve to 4-10 on the 2024 season. Earlier in the week, the Expos lost on the road to the Crofton Bluejays, 10-2 on July 3.

Juniors take runner-up honors in League Tny.

WISNER – The Hartington Post 4 Junior American Legion baseball team made it to the finals of the Ralph Bishop League Tournament with wins over Crofton and Wayne to take the North Division of the league then fell 7-3 in the championship game to Pender Post 55 here on July 6.

Hartington Penguins end a busy week in league tournament

CROFTON - The Hartington 18U Penguin softball team finished a busy week in its league tournament here June 30 where the Penguins went 1-2 with a pair of losses to Crofton and Verdigre sandwiched around a win over Wausa in the second round.
