HARTINGTON - The Cedar Catholic boys basketball team outlasted Crofton here at the Monsignor Werner Activities Center Dec. 12, 53-47 to improve to 3-1 on the season heading into this week’s Knight Classic in Fremont Dec. 19 and 21.

WYNOT – The Wynot Blue Devils hosted the Guardian Angel Blue Jays in a battle of a pair of highly rated teams on Thursday night.

WYNOT – The Wynot Lady Blue Devils suffered their first loss of the season on Thursday night at the hands of the Guardian Angels Central Catholic Lady Blue Jays. Wynot was held to single-digit scoring in every quarter as they struggled against the physical play of the Lady Jays.

LINCOLN – The Nebraska School Activities Association released the new enrollment numbers and football classifications this week.

NORFOLK – The Hartington-Newcastle bowling team headed to Norfolk and the Boone Central Tournament and it appears that this growing program may have taken a few more steps in the right direction.
