COLERIDGE – Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School second- through fourth-grade students recently participated in Purple Ribbon Kids put on by the Nebraska Extension in Cedar County.
CREIGHTON – The Laurel-Concord-Coleridge track-and-field season got underway on April 2 when it competed in the Knox County Invitational in Creighton, with the Bears finishing seventh as a team and the Lady Bears coming in fifth.
ALLEN – The Dixon County 4-H Contest Day was held on Monday, April 1 at the United Methodist Church in Allen. 4-H members presented speeches and PSAs; performed musical solos and duets, piano and instrumental solos, and dances; and prepared their favorite food.
