Lady Hawks’ coach looks back on 2023-24 season
RANDOLPH –The 2023-2024 Hawks started basketball practice Nov. 13. Twenty one girls from Osmond and Randolph made up the team this year led by five seniors: Ella Scott, Caydence Krienert, Juliana Kumm, Anabelle Vinson, and Tessa Gardner. The Hawks finished with a 7-16 record this year. The Hawks finished as the Randolph Holiday Tournament Runner-up, third in the Wausa Post Holiday Tournament, and fifth in the Clark division of the Lewis and Clark Conference Tournament.

A number of student athletes represented the Randolph Cardinals at state tournaments over the weekend. Aiden Gubbels (above left) earned sixth place in his heavyweight wrestling division in Class D at the state wrestling tournament in Omaha while Gavin Wortman (above right) saw action but did not place. At top, members of the Randolph dance team - Lily Kuchta, Nicole Haselhorst, Katarina Greiner, Kamile Oligmueller, Ella Scott and Ella Graf - earned third place in pom and fourth place in hip hop categories during state dance in Grand Island.
