A celebration of her life will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home, Laurel.

Billie Jo Anderson was born May 10, 1967, in Wakefield, to James and Jackie (Beck) Wilkerson. She grew up in Wakefield and graduated from Wakefield High School in 1985. She then worked at the nursing home in Emerson, while raising her daughters, Rebecca and Jacque. She moved to Laurel, and began working at Concord Components. Together they ran their dispatch business for a few years until Billie Jo started working at Sand Creek Post & Beam as their logistics manager. She then started Paper Moon Primitives, where she loved restoring and selling antiques and making all kinds of crafts. During this time, their daughter Jacque needed to come home and Billie Jo and Darrell became her full-time caregivers.

Billie Jo was a creative, giving, generous person who would help in any way she could. She loved anything crafty, whether it was making signs, painting, quilting, or just about anything.
