Kristin Lee Packett

LINCOLN — Kristin Lee Packett, 64, Lincoln, died June 15, 2024, in Lincoln.

Private graveside services will be in Wyuka Cemetery, Lincoln. Kristin was born Dec. 29, 1959, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Ralph and Gloria (Upson) Kunze She was married to Brad Packett, who preceded her in death. Kristin was a 1978 graduate of Coleridge High School and graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She taught school in Elba and at St. Cecilia Cathedral School, Omaha. Her latest work was in the civil division of the Supreme Court in the Nebraska State Capitol.

She is survived by her daughter Kess Packett; brothers, Kimball Kunze and Kirk Kunze; and several cousins, nieces and nephews Preceding in death are her parents and husband; and son, Beau Packett.
