Dispatcher advises to go to the local post office for help. “Why can’t you guys just go down there and take care of this? I pay taxes so why can’t you guys take care of it? Do you want me to go down there and kick the glass in so that you can get involved?” When the dispatcher said that she couldn’t assist, the man said, “This is why I hate living here.”
