Cardinals fare well at first indoor track meet

WAYNE – Randolph athletes started the 2025 track season at the Wayne State College High School Indoor Invite Friday. Many athletes came away with a personal record out of the starting block.

Results include: Boys 60-meter dash (preliminaries): Kaden Thorell, 19th place, 8.15; Milo Rayford, 21st place, 8.20; Joseph Gonzalez, 24th place, 8.78.

Girls 60-meter dash (preliminaries): Abbey Backer, 13th place, 8.77; Lilly Kuchta, 19th place, 9.10; Delayne Thelen, 32nd place, 10.86.

Boys 200-meter run: Jaylen Junck, 21st place, 27.90; Johnathan Leija, 23rd place, 28.85.

Girls 200-meter run: Braylee Kelly, 27th place, 33.61; Karma Henry, 31st place, 38.14; Maddie Aulner, 32nd place, 39.19.

Boys 400-meter run: Milo Rayford, 10th place, 59.72; Ty Sievers, 19th place, 1:05.23.

Girls 400-meter run: Brooke Meier, 13th place, 1:14.58.

Boys 1,600-meter run: Kamdin Worlein, 14th place, 6:06.45.
