WAUSA — The Cedar Catholic speech team competed Saturday at the Wausa speech invitational.
Ava Stewart earned a first-place finish in the Varsity Informative category.
Ben Kleinschmit was third in the Varsity Extemporaneous Speaking division.
Kyson Lammers earned a second place medal in the Extemporaneous Speaking division and a first in JV Entertainment.
Cecilia Zimmerman took home first-place honors in the JV Poetry division.
Levi Fiscus earned a fourth-place medal for his JV Serious Pros piece. Wynot High School also competed in the event.
Joslyn Hochstein earned a sixthplace finish at the Wausa Speech Meet for her piece in the Varsity Entertainment Speaking category.
