HARTINGTON — The 4-H Archery season wrapped up Feb. 3r, with one final practice session, followed by a pizza and pop celebration. I n previous years, participants were divided into beginner and intermediate groups for practice. However, with a record 43 participants this season, an additional advanced practice group was introduced. This new group challenged both archers and instructors to be more creative and innovative in their training.
During the event, archers were recognized for their participation in the county program and five were recognized for competing in the Nebraska State Archery Shoot in Grand Island.
Cedar County 4-H appreciates the hard work of the volunteers, parents, and youth in making this archery season a success.
