Ice art

A deep freeze created a masterpiece on foilage across northeast Nebraska. The New Year ushered in extremely cold temperatures with lows dipping below zero. Over the weekend, a wind chill advisory remained in effect as the wind caused outside temperatures to “feel like” double digits below zero. Much of the Midwest was in a winter wonderland with a large snowstorm dumping multiple inches of the white stuff or freezing rain. The hardest areas hit by the recent storms appear to be in states south and east. Jeremy Buss|Randolph Times
