The LCC E Sports team recently completed a successful season. The Chess Team got fourth at state which included (pictured above) Sebastiaan Van Drongelen, Shane Langford, and Tyrelle Sims. The League of Legends team got third at state and included Sebastiaan Van Drongelen, Shane Langford, Tyrelle Sims, Sam Cross, Walker Stone, Avery Stone, and Christian Staples. The Overwatch team finished 6-2 losing to David City in quarterfinals and included Sam Cross, Shane Langford, Hunter Benson, Christian Staples, Avery Stone, Ben Pico-Towne, and Paul Allison. The Super Smash Bros team was 3-7 losing in second round of playoffs to Ord and included Sam Cross, Craig Karnes, and Derek Nelson. LCC Esports will be back in action Jan. 27 for the winter season. They will compete in: Valorant, Mario Kart, Fortnite, and Rocket League.
