Postseason will look a little different this year

LINCOLN — Post-season basketball will look a little different this year for area C1 and C2 basketball teams.

Each C1 and C2 class will be divided into four regions, based on geography. The westernmost region will consist of one SubDistrict of five or six teams. The other three regions will have 15-18 teams.

Each of those three regions will then form into three Sub-Districts of four to six teams, based on wildcard points through Saturday Feb. 15.

The 10 SubDistrict winners and six wildcards will qualify for district finals.

Here is a look at Region 2, which features teams in Antelope, Cedar, Dakota,Dixon,Holt, Knox, Madison, Pierce, and Thurston counties.
