PLAINVIEW — The Greater Northeast Activities Conference volleyball coaches recently announced the 2024 GNAC All-Conference and honorable mention volleyball teams with conference tournament and regularseason champion Laurel-Concord-Coleridge placing four players on the First Team and one player named to the Honorable Mention squad.
Hartington-Newcastle had one player named First Team All Conference and a couple on the Honorable Mention list.
West Holt had three players tabbed All Conference; Summerland and Elkhorn Valley each had two; Plainview and Lutheran High Northeast each had one player named.
The honorable mention list included three Lady Falcons; two Lady Wildcats, Lady Huskies and Lady Pirates; one Lady Bear, Lady Eagle and Neligh-Oakldale had a player named honorable mention.
Laurel-Concord-Coleridge had a couple of sophomores and a couple of seniors named allconference.
Seniors, Tali Erwin and Lainey Schutte along with sophomores, Rena Rasmussen and Carlie Kvols were on the elite squad with Kaida Eriksen, another sophomore on the honorable mention list.
The Lady Wildcats were represented by senior McKenzie Bruning on the All Conference First Team in its inaugural listing.
HNS seniors Abi Rice and Maddie Steffen each received honorable mention status.
