Final contest of 2024 ends in a tie

HARTINGTON — The final Cedar County News Football Contest of 2024 was an upset-plagued affair.

Two local prognosticators manged to tie for first-place honors.

Randy Pinkelman and Bill Thoene both missed nine games in this week’s contest, but their efforts were good enough to top the rest of the field.
