SCRIBNER — On Saturday Oct. 19, the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge Esports participated in a tournament hosted by Scribner-Snyder Public School.
Three teams entered the tourney, but each person could only participate in a single game.
The Super Smash Brothers Ultimate team is made up of Craig Karnes and Derek Nelson. They went 1-2, winning a match and not placing.
The Overwatch team is made up of Owen Johnson, Benjamin Pico-Towne, Paul Allison, Hunter Benson, and Tyrelle Sims. They went undefeated in the tournament, claiming first place.
The League of Legends Team of Walker Stone, Sam Cross, Shane Langford, Avery Stone, Christian Staples, and Sebastiaan Van Drongelen. went up against Falls City twice in this tournament, losing both times.
The League Team ended up with second place.
