Holiday fun continues in couple’s backyard

Holiday fun continues in couple’s backyard

RANDOLPH – Children and adults are welcome to participate in a local couple’s “haunted” backyard for some holiday fun.

The backyard of Gina and Eric Bagbey at 309 W. Kemp St. will be open for those looking for some haunted tricks and treats from 7:30 to 10 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31.

Just look for the 20-foot-tall Frankenstein to point you in the right direction, Gina said.

This is the first year the Bagbeys have put together a Halloween event of this magnitude.

“We like to have fun,” she said. “The last couple of years we’ve been here we’ve noticed there’s not a lot of activity so we threw something together really quick, just to see what happens.”

The backyard was set up last weekend and about 15 people took in the Halloween sights and sounds. Those who attend can expect a graveyard, zombies, ghosts, a scary clown or two, a chainsaw “massacre” and a vampire bride.

Children will be treated to candy, and hot chocolate or apple cider.
