RANDOLPH – Plans are being finalized for this year’s annual Randolph Woman’s Club Fall Craft Show.
A diverse amount of homemade wares will fill the Randolph City Auditorium for the annual show, set for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2.
Some consider the annual craft show to be the kickoff of the Christmas shopping season, said Jo Kilburn, one of the Woman’s Club organizers.
“Anything from aprons to wreathes and woodwork to baby blankets and everything in-between will be available,” she said.
Those attending can treat themselves to a homemade pie, dried fruits, honey, decorative cupcakes and an assortment of baked goods.
The United Methodist Women will be offering homemade soups, sandwiches and desserts for the noon meal.
“So bring family and friends and enjoy a delicious lunch,” Kilburn said.
All proceeds will go toward supporting the children’s collection at the Lied Randolph Public Library, and city park projects.
Community support of this craft show over the years has enabled the Randolph Woman’s Club to donate to these projects, Kilburn said.
“Come to the craft show Nov. 2 - shop, eat, socialize and help the community while enjoying a fun day,” she said.
