HARTINGTON — Six Hartington-Newcastle cross country runners were named to the Greater Northeast Activities Conference honors lists announced this week.
Two Lady Wildcats were named to the All-GNAC list along with three Wildcats and one Wildcat made the honorable mention list.
Carmen Buschkamp and Claire Rolfes were noted on the girls all-conference team after placing fourth and fifth respectively in last week’s Grearter Northeast Activities Conference Cross Country Meet held at the Plainview Country Club west of Plainview.
Adam and Alex Elks along with Isaac Hernandez- Santiago were tabbed to the boys’ team after placing third, fourth and fifth respectively at the conference gathering.
Aaron Wortmann was named to the honorable mention list and placed 13th at Plainview.
