LAUREL - Laurel-Concord-Coleridge won its ninth consecutive volleyball match in a triangular here on Sept. 26.
The Lady Bears swept Wakefield and Wynot in straight sets to improve to 16-2 on the season.
LCC defeated Wakefield 25-18 and 25-15 behind the attacking of Rena Rasmussen and Tali Erwin.
Both Lady Bears hit nine winners in the match, Tyler Recob added a couple and Lainey Schutte had one.
Carlie Kvols tipped up 19 set assists to get the attack going, Kaida Eriksen had nine quality passes while Schutte contributed seven.
Rasmussen also had seven digs.
In the sweep over the Lady Blue Devils, the Lady Bears were really never challenged, taking the first set 25-13 and the second set 25-7.
Rasmussen had 11 kills in the match, Erwin added five, Eriksen had four and Kvols rifled three.
Kvols had 19 assists and Eriksen and Schutte had nine and seven good passes respectively.
The Lady Bears were set to travel to Pierce Oct. 1 for a regular season match before hosting Creighton on Oct. 3 and traveling to Summerland on Oct. 5.
