Pierce County GOP meets

PIERCE –The Republican Party of Pierce County met Sept. 2 for its monthly meeting at the Pierce Library. Topics of discussion were the Remind app, slate cards, canvassing, an upcoming candidate forum and consideration of a hand-counting training.

The group discussed a doorknocking campaign in the next few weeks to distribute slate cards.

These cards consist of federal, state and local candidates the group has chosen to endorse based on alignment with conservative values.
