Club champions crowned at Cedar View

LAUREL — Cedar View Country Club held its annual Club Championship on Saturday Sept. 14.

The men played 27 holes to determine the champion while the women played 18.

On the women’s side of the competition, Joslyn Johnson shot a pair of 39s (78 total) to win the Women’s Club Championship. Kristy Otte shot a 91 to capture the Senior Women’s Club Championship.

For the men, Dave Anderson shot a two-under 70 to edge out Jerry Nelson by one stroke to win the Senior Men’s Club Championship.

After 18 holes in the men’s division, Chad Johnson held a four-shot lead over Josh Johnson and Izac Reifenrath.

The trio then went to the final nine holes to determine the overall champion. After a back and forth affair, Chad Johnson edged out Josh Johnson by two strokes to become the Men’s Club Champion.

In flight play winners were:
