LAUREL — Laurel-Concord- Coleridge students are in the middle of their annual Homecoming Week celebration.
The week, which features several special days, started out Monday with “Rhyme without Reason,” day.
Tuesday students dressed up to the theme of “Cowboys Vs Aliens.”
Wednesday, Sept. 25 is “Super Hero Vs Villain,” day at the school.
On Thursday students can decide on outfits for “Tea Party Vs Slumber Party,” day.
Friday is the traditional “Orange and Black” school spirit day.
This year’s Homecoming Theme is “We’re All In This Together.”
Friday will be filled with activities for students and community members.
Friday’s Homecoming Parade through downtown will be at 2:30 pm with a Pep Rally in front of the Community Center starting at 2:45 p.m.
The Bears will host Elkhorn Valley at Haskell Field in the 7 p.m. Homecoming football game.
At halftime the Homecoming court will be announced.
After the game, an auction of volleyball, football, and cross country jerseys will be conducted.
Homecoming Coronation will be held at the football field following the game.
The Homecoming dance will wrap up the festivities.
