HARTINGTON — The Cedar Catholic girls golf team finished fifth in their home invitational Monday.
Wayne, won the event, just as it has at pretty much every event they’ve entered this season.
Wayne finished the day with the top three golfers with Joslyn Johnson, Charli Sievers tieing for medalist honors with a pair of 84s.
Olivia Kleinschmit paced the local girls, firing a 107 on the day to finish in 12th place. Maggie Dendinger was next with a 113, which was good enough for a 16th-place finish.
LCC, which finished as the tourney runner-up, also had three girls finish in the Top 10. The Lady Bears were led on the day by Clara Brummels, who carded a 97.
