Eighth-grader Marshall Armour (above) and other students put their hand over their heart during Patriot Day activities at Randolph Elementary school. The annual observance marks the anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. In the photo at upper left, a group of students line up to shake hands and thank veterans in attendance. Randolph volunteer firefighters were also seated in a place of honor at the remembrance ceremony. At left, Ray Schnell, Jerry Wiese, Keith Jorgensen and Jenny Dickes carry the flag to present and raise at the elementary flag pole.
