LAUREL — Laurel area residents will have plenty of entertainment options over the next few days.
This year’s Ag Days celebration starts a day earlier than usual and has a little something for everyone including some new events, said Craig Gutz.
On Thursday, June 13, Tropical Shaved Ice will be served in the Citizens State Bank parking lot from 3-6 p.m. The Ag Days Pool Party and Ping Pong Ball Float will take place from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday.
Community-wide garage sales begin on Friday morning. A co-ed sand volleyball tournament will begin in the park at 5 p.m. with a food truck near the park. A Dueling Pianos show begins at 7 p.m. at the Community Center.
Saturday will feature a full slate of events, including a 5k run, a breakfast of champions, garage sales, a bake sale, open houses, a parade, Saturday in the park events and the alumni banquet.
