NORTH PLATTE –Randolph High golfer Bryson Eledge closed out his season and high school career with a strong performance at the Class D State golf tournament last week.
In his first round of play, Eledge got off to a rough start, shooting a 48 on the front nine holes. With perseverance, he rallied in the back nine with a score of 40. His second round proved to be even tougher with Eledge shooting a 104.
His two rounds combined for a total of 192 to land him in a tie for 75th place in the tournament.
Along with Coach Rob Engel, Eledge’s family and his varsity teammates made the trip to North Platte to show their support during state tournament play.
