COLERIDGE — The inaugural Laurel-Concord-Coleridge fifth- and sixth-grade honor band was held on Thursday, March 14, at the LCC Middle School.
One hundred and seven fifthand sixth-graders from the Allen, LCC, Plainview, Wakefield and Winside school districts participated in the festival.
The band clinician, Pat Sedivy, spent all afternoon preparing the band members for the 5:30 p.m. concert.
The following Laurel-Concord-Coleridge students were members of the honor band: - Fifth-graders: Reuben Badley, Maya Brummels, Camryn Campbell, Tenlie Christiansen, Graham Ebberson, Autumn Funk, Corbin Garcia, Rilyn Hangman, Reese Jelinek, Aizlynn Kossler, Liam Recob and Ryker Settje.
- Sixth-graders: Caden Barnes, Aliya Detlefsen, Hazley Folkers, Stella Graham, Jeremiah Kinkaid, Ryleigh Loberg, Sophia Newton, Foster Stone, Josh Tarno, Ruby Tasler and Elle White. Jacey Folkers was absent.
The honor band was hosted by Patti Beyeler, band director, and the LCC high school band members.
