HARTINGTON — Five Hartington youths were fined in court last week after pleading guilty to taking truck and automobile tires. They were Francis Smith, Jr., Dennis Noecker, Gary Miller, Rodney Lange and LaMont Lange. Since the Lange brothers could not pay their fines, they had to serve some time in the county jail.
