WYNOT — LifeServe Blood Center held a blood drive in Wynot Aug. 29, with a great turnout of 17 donors and 21 units of life saving blood collected. The units donated at the blood drive can help save up to 63 lives.
Milestones donations were hit by: Landon Wieseler, one gallon; and David Koch, 12 gallons. Laurie Schulte helped coordinate the blood drive, and the Wynot Fire Department donated the use of the site.
The next Wynot High & Community Blood Drive will be 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Oct. 30, at the Wynot High School.
