WAKEFIELD — Phyllis M. (Reynolds) Salmon, 94, Wakefield, died Aug. 22, 2023, at the Wakefield Care Center.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Aug. 25, at Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home, Wakefield, with a prayer service starting at 7 p.m.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m., Aug. 26, at Salem Lutheran Church, Wakefield.

The burial will be in the Concord Cemetery, Concord.

Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.

Arrangements are under the direction of Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home, Wakefield.
