CROFTON – People are invited to enjoy National Marina Days on June 17 at Lewis and Clark State Recreation Area near Crofton.
From 2-4 p.m., plans will be unveiled during an open house at the marina courtyard for the proposed improvements at Weigand Marina. The plans also will be available online at https://confluence.mysocialpinpoint. com/weigand-marina.
Activities also will include a beginner yoga class at the beach at 9 a.m.
From 1-4 p.m., there will be fish-cleaning demonstrations, a fishing clinic, boat tours, touch tanks, hayrack rides, water safety and mobile ranger stations, a bounce house and a scavenger hunt.
A fish fry will be held from 6-7 p.m. at the Weigand picnic shelter. For more information, people may call the SRA at 402-388-4169. A park entry permit is required.
