HARTINGTON — If all goes as planned, ground will be broken in early August on the multi-million dollar addition and renovation project at the Cedar County Courthouse
On June 18, Architect Glenn Mannes sent the plans for the project to the printers – by June 23 the plans were ready to be distributed to those who would be bidding on the work.
On Tuesday, July 8, County Commissioners held a pre-bid meeting, which allowed time for questions and answers concerning the project before bids are submitted.
Construction Manager Radec Construction set 2 p.m. July 17 as the deadline for receiving bids, according to Cedar County Clerk Dave Dowling.
