Council appoints Ehler, Thelen to positions

RANDOLPH — Randolph City Council members made an appointment to the Library Board and Emergency Medical Squad, and reviewed the Activity Report submitted by Randolph Police Chief Pat Ehler during the Randolph City Council meeting on Oct. 4th.
Council members took action to appoint Ehler to the Emergency Medical Squad.
Pat Thelen was appointed to serve on the Library board. Thelen will be a new member.
The September Police Report included an investigation on a sexual assault case and two arrest warrants.
An arrest warrant had been issued to Clifford Pollard for failure to appear or comply with a citation.
An arrest warrant was also issued to Pollard on four counts of a first-degree sexual assault, one count for tampering with a witness, one count of habitual criminal, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child and one count of procure alcohol for a minor.
