Xavier Peterson benefit is set for Saturday

RANDOPH — There will be a benefit for Xavier Peterson Saturday, Oct. 14 at the Randolph City Auditorium.
The event will be a Husker Tailgate party during the Nebraska Cornhusker, Ohio State football game. It is set to begin at 6 p.m.
Televisions will be set up in the Auditorium and hamburgers and other tailgate snacks will be served. A bar will also be set up for adults.
Gift baskets and silent auction items will also be availabe to help raise funds for Xavier. These include: Husker tickets to the Nov. 4 Northwestern football game, $50 in beef, a quilt, and many more wonderful items.
Jackie Peterson and Josh Bushman of Randolph are the parents of three year-old Xavier.
Jackie has worked at Jerry’s Hilltop since she was 14 years old.
Xavier was born with medical problems and has been in and out of the hospital for the past five months.
Xavier has medical issues which cause seizures as well as many other health problems.
Area residents are urged to come and help support a family in need.
The benefit is being organized by R.O.A.R. and Jerry’s Hilltop.
