Wildcat track team steam rolls to another track title


HARTINGTON — Hartington-Newcastle swept the Wildcat Invite Tuesday with 123 points and 15-individual medals.
With cooler air and a bout of cold rain the conditions were against the athletes Tuesday.

Griffon Kalin earned three medals on the day. Kalin took silver in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.32. With a time of 16.81, Kalin finished second to Kyle Kleinschmit, Wausa, in the low hurdles. Kalin’s last medal was golden in the 300 hurdles with a time of 42.84, one-second ahead of second-place finisher, teammate Jared Fuelberth.
