SOUTH YANKTON —  Walking in through the front  door of the old Bruno’s Restaurant, the aroma of smoked meats and a hint of barbecue seemed to mix nicely with the new renovating and construction going on inside.

Ron, Tammie and their son, Tyler Eskens, are hoping all their hard work since buying the building last September will help transform the space into what will soon be known as “Backroad Bar B Q.”
