Belden — Mary Alice Krueger, 84, Belden, died Aug. 28, 2014, at Colonial Manor, Randolph.
Visitation was Sept. 1 at Johnson Funeral Home, Randolph.
Funeral services were Sept. 2, at Union Presbyterian Church, Belden, with Rev. Rodgers Chishiba, Osmond, officiating.
Interment was in Belden Cemetery, Belden.
Pallbearers were her grandsons, Nicholas Linn, Justin Linn, Chad Krueger, Austin Sargent, Kyle Moats, Zackary Moats, Adam Wagner and Dustin Krueger.
Honorary pallbearers were all of her granddaughters.
Mary was born April 24, 1930, at Omaha, the daughter of Frank and Laura (Hintz) Termuhlen. She graduated from Magnet High School in 1947 and attended Wayne State College for two years, obtaining her teaching certificate. She taught school near Belden, Laurel and Wausa. Mary married Duane Krueger Oct. 16, 1950, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Laurel. The couple lived and farmed near Laurel, moving to Belden in 1960. Mary was Head Housekeeper at Colonial Manor, Randolph, for 32 and one half years. She started Girl Scouting in Belden and was a devoted Nebraska Football and Nebraska Volleyball fan.
Mary is survived by her husband Duane Krueger, Belden; her five sons and spouses, Terry and Judy, Norfolk; Mike and Sherri, Warner Robins, Ga.; Kenneth and Linda, Pierce; Robert and Lee, Riverside, Calif.; and David and Mikaela, Hastings; her five daughters and spouses, Patricia and Bradley Lenhoff, Randolph; Barbara and Jody Linn, Norfolk; Jane and Darin Dunn, Norwalk, Iowa; Mary Jo and Tom Wagner, Norfolk; and Sharon and Curt Moats, Topeka, Kan.; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Alan Dale Krueger; one grandson, Zachary Pedersen; and one brother, Ervin Termuhlen.
