To Individuals/Families who have received services from WYNOT PUBLIC SCHOOL, DISTRICT 101, prior to 2008:

The files of all persons involved in some form of special services are currently housed at Wynot Public School, District 101. These are available, should you wish to have them. Please contact Rhonda Tramp at Wynot Public School (402-357-2121) before May 3, 2013.

Any material not claimed by May 3, 2013, will be destroyed. However a permanent record of a student’s name, address, and phone number, his or her grades, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed will be on file in the main office.

Special education materials after 2008 will be kept on file until they are five (5) years past the date of leaving school.

PUBLIC HEARING.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hartington will hold a public hearing on an amended redevelopment plan for the real estate described in this notice, pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.

The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall 107 West State Street, Hartington, Nebraska, on the 22nd day of April, 2013, at the hour of 7:00 p.m.

The property affected by this notice is described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of Hoese Street east to Cedar Avenue. From Cedar Avenue south to Highway 84/882 Road. From Highway 84/882 Road west to Athletic Complex Road and north on Athletic Complex Road back to the point of beginning, all in the City of Hartington, Cedar County, Nebraska
