Wausa — Raymond Rodgers Jr., 75, Wausa, died April 21, 2013, in Bloomfield, surrounded by his children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial visitation will be 5-7 p.m., April 25, at Brockhaus Funeral Home, Bloomfield.
Raymond Joseph Daniel Rodgers, Jr., son of Raymond D. and Loretta (Hendricks) Rodgers I, was born June 19, 1937, at Chicago, Ill. He attended Crofton High School, Crofton. Raymond married Loretta Rice Jan. 2, 1956, at Menominee. They had four children, Raymond J. Rodgers III, Carol M. Rodgers, Tammy S. Rodgers and Donald A. Rodgers. Raymond lived and farmed in Wausa. He was Roman Catholic and served in the United States Air Force.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Loretta (Rice) Rodgers; children, Raymond J. Rodger II and wife, Sheila, LeMars, Iowa; Carol M. (Rodgers) Kuhl, Volin, S.D.; Roland and Tammy (Rodgers) Johnson, Bloomfield; and Donald A. Rodgers, Bloomfield; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, David Tramp and family, Tucson, Ariz.; and sister, Mary (Rodgers) Brown and husband, Howard, and family, Tucson, Ariz.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Raymond D. Rodgers I and Loretta (Hendricks) Rodgers; and a grandson, Patrick Rodgers.
