RANDOLPH — Margaret I. Weyhrich, 86, Randolph, died April 18, 2011, at her home.
Visitation was April 21 at Stonacek Memorial Chapel, Osmond.
Funeral Services were April 22 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Randolph, with Rev. Derrick Fallon officiating.
Interment was at Rose Hill Cemetery, McLean.
Casketbearers were Tim Kint, Frank Wortman, Doug Albers, Brad Albers, Charles Peterson and Jerry Winkelbauer.
Margaret was born Jan. 5, 1925, to John and Elizabeth (Kint) Shindeldecker, in Harrisburg, Pa. She went to school through the eighth grade at Harrisburg Public School. She Married Marvin E. Weyhrich Dec. 23, 1947, Hagerstown, Md. For 27 years, Margaret and Marvin owned and operated Weyhrich Skelly Service Station, Randolph, until 1987. Later, Margaret was a cook at Jerry’s Hilltop for 17 years. She retired in 2005.
She enjoyed playing video games, quilting, playing cards and riding her scooter around Randolph.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Randolph. She was also a member of the Ladies Aid and Quilters Guild.
Survivors include two sons, Bob Weyhrich, Lincoln, and Raymond Weyhrich, Randolph; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Whitey Schuelley, Waynesboro, Pa.; three nieces; and sister-in-law Shirley Kint, Randolph.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin, Oct. 19, 1993; son, Darrell; and nine siblings.
